pleasant hotel stay
parking space reservation issues safe place
I liked the parking space. It was useful. the staff quickly sorted my reservation issues. security was safe. the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

the hotel is near the african queen. john pennekamp national park is easily accessible. everglades and other interesting places are nearby. the hotel is centrally positioned.

The apartment was spacious and ok for what i needed. the bed was comfortable. This helped me rest. towels were supplied, i was grateful for that. i enjoyed the room layout.

The skipper restaurant was quite good. there are two restaurants within walking distance. It is useful. i ate killer sliders at the restaurant next door. the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

Wonderful Stay Near the Marina
comfortable bed clean room
The hotel's location was amazing. I enjoyed watching boats go in and out all day. My room had a wonderful size and was very clean. The bed was also particularly comfortable, which I appreciated after long days. The pool area was large and kept clean.
I noticed one possible improvement could be installing room darkening shades, because the existing blinds did not block out enough light.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. The check-in and check-out processes were fast, so I was able to quickly settle into my room when I arrived. They were very polite.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. I could easily walk to various restaurants and attractions nearby. This made exploring very convenient. Being right on the marina allowed for nice views and easy access to boat tours.

excellent location ample space nice variety
i found the location excellent it was convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions the parking was easy with ample space available i also appreciated the breakfast it had a nice variety of options and a pleasant seating area. the room was a marina view double and it was clean and well sized

pool towels marina location broken door dirty floor
The location on the marina was very convenient. I saw sharks and fish from there. The pool was a good size and nice enough. Guests had free pool towels available.
The closet doors were broken. The floors were dirty. The hotel looked very rundown.

canal view local restaurant excellent staff
the location sits on a canal and it had diving and snorkeling boats. sharky restaurant provided great dining, i had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. paul, the owner, and lucy, a waitress, were both excellent. everything i needed was near me.
the rooms show the wear and tear from age.

the staff seemed very attentive. the front desk managed check-in quickly. i asked for extra towels and housekeeping brought them promptly and did not create any delays, which i appreciate a lot.
